Delivery for European countries outside the EU is available for Andorra, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, San Marino and Vatican.
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply fill in the returns form, then send the package back to us.
We have amended our policy regarding the costs of returns and after-sales service charges as of December 2019. We believe it is fairer to cover the return shipping costs for customers who encounter manufacturing defects with their product(s), during the warranty period. Nevertheless, we wish to encourage our customers to consider the environmental impact that the returns process entails. So as of the 30/12/2019, Snowleader will apply a return fee for customers who are not members of our Snowleader Mountain Club loyalty program . You will still receive a return label allowing you to return the products, but when processing your return, the fee will be deducted from your refund. Snowleader Mountain Club members will still benefit from free returns. Returns still under warranty are free of charge for all customers.
For all the countries which are not on the list above, the cost of return is at the charge of the customer.
Returns must be made within 60 days after receiving your order. If you wish to return an item, we can refund you: we’ll refund you via Paypal or bank transfer or give you Snowleader credit : redeemable on all snowleader.com items for 1 year. Please note that the costs of shipping (when the order was first sent to the customer) are only refunded if the entire order is returned.
CONDITIONS TO GET REFUNDED ?
*The products must be new and unused, in the original packaging with original labels attached
*For Safety and Health reasons, we do not accept returns of the following; mounted skis and snowboards / cut climbing skins / thermoformed boots /perishable goods / suncream / maintenance products / underwear
*If you are returning a package it must be returned in its entirenty.
*In accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised following the supply of PPE (safety equipment subject to legislation on Personal Protective Equipment) which includes in particular harnesses, carabiners, descenders, cams, ropes, straps and all safety and belay equipment for climbing and mountaineering

HOW DO I GET REFUNDED ?
To simplify and speed up the returns process, we suggest submitting your return request directly online. In order to do this, please log into your customer account and go to the My Orders section.
If your return complies with our returns policy*, the Return a product button will appear and will allow you to access our returns management module to submit your request. All you have to do is indicate the quantity, the condition of the product(s) being returned and the reason for the return and our system will register your request. You will automatically receive a confirmation email, via which you can download your return form to include within your return parcel. Please also include the packing slip you received with your order.
If your order is eligible for a returns label, you will be able to download it from the return request confirmation email. This returns label can also be downloaded from your customer account, with the return details you have just entered. Once we have received your returned product(s), our teams will be able to process your return as soon as possible and your refund or store credit will be issued more quickly.
*Return eligibility conditions:
- Your return request must be made within 60 days of receiving your order for general customers and 100 days for customers who are members of our Snowleader Mountain Club loyalty scheme.
- Some products cannot be returned, please refer to the list in our
Terms and conditions.

We will apply the French VAT to all the items of your order (20%) if you want to be delivered in EEUU. You will pay your order without any VAT and pay the duty fees at the delivery of your package for the rest of the world.

TAX REFUND
You reside outside of the EU and wish to collect your order in one of our shops or have it delivered to France, in that case we can give you a tax refund. We will apply the French VAT to all items of your order.
Snowleader offers customers who are not resident in the European Union member countries the possibility to reclaim taxes charged on orders delivered to metropolitan France.
If you want your order to be delivered to France, you will have to place it on www.snowleader.com and pay in euros.
